Cream Puffs

1 cup (150 g) Mina's Purely Divine All Purpose Baking Mix |
* |
1 cup (236 g) water |
* |
½ (113 g) cup butter or margarine |
* |
1 tsp (4.2 g) sugar |
* |
¼ tsp (1.5 g) salt |
* |
4 large eggs (200 g) |

Preparation: |

|
|
Preheat oven to 375ºF. |
|
|
|
Bring water, butter, sugar and salt to a boil in a 3 quart pot . |
|
|
|
Add the baking mix all at once and stir vigorously with wooden spoon until it makes a ball. |
|
Let rest five minutes. |
|
|
|
Beat in eggs, one at a time until incorporated. |
|
|
|
Spoon/Pipe into cream puff size on parchment paper covered cookie sheet. |
|
|
|
Bake for 15 minutes. |
|
|
|
Cut a slit in bottom of each puff to let steam escape and BAKE for another 15-20 minutes or until firm and brown. |
