Cream Puffs
   
  Ingredients:
   
*
1 cup (150 g) Mina's Purely Divine All Purpose Baking Mix
*
1 cup (236 g) water
*
½ (113 g) cup butter or margarine
*
1 tsp (4.2 g) sugar
*
¼ tsp (1.5 g) salt
*
4 large eggs (200 g)
   
  Preparation:
   
  Preheat oven to 375ºF.
   
  Bring water, butter, sugar and salt to a boil in a 3 quart pot .
   
  Add the baking mix all at once and stir vigorously with wooden spoon until it makes a ball.
  Let rest five minutes.
   
  Beat in eggs, one at a time until incorporated. 
   
  Spoon/Pipe into cream puff size on parchment paper covered cookie sheet. 
   
  Bake for 15 minutes.
   
  Cut a slit in bottom of each puff to let steam escape and BAKE for another 15-20 minutes or until firm and brown.
