Bread Stuffing

4 cups Day Old Mina's Purely Divine Bread, cubed |

⅓ cup Butter or Margarine |
* |
1 cup Diced Onions |
* |
1 cup Diced Celery |
* |
¼ tsp. Poultry Seasoning |
* |
1 tsp. Ground Sage |
* |
1¼ cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth |

Preparation: |

|
Saute onions and celery in the butter or margarine until tender, stirring often. |
|
|
|
Add poultry seasoning & sage and stir to combine. |
|
|
|
Add the bread cubes and the broth and toss well to combine. |
|
|
|
At this point you can stuff into a bird or put into a 2 quart oiled baking dish. |
|
|
|
If using a baking dish, bake in 375º F oven for 30 minutes |
