Bread Stuffing
   
  Ingredients:
   
*
4 cups Day Old Mina's Purely Divine Bread, cubed
*
⅓ cup Butter or Margarine 
*
1 cup Diced Onions
*
1 cup Diced Celery
*
¼ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
*
1 tsp. Ground Sage
*
 1¼ cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
   
  Preparation:
   
  Saute onions and celery in the butter or margarine until tender, stirring often.
   
  Add poultry seasoning & sage and stir to combine.
   
  Add the bread cubes and the broth and toss well to combine.
   
  At this point you can stuff into a bird or put into a 2 quart oiled baking dish.
   
  If using a baking dish, bake in 375º F oven for 30 minutes
   
   
   
  Yields: approx. 5 cups
