Swedish Limpa "Rye Style" Bread

1 pkg. (380g) Mina's Purely Divine Bread Mix |
* |
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine, softened |
* |
3 Tbsp Molasses |
* |
2¼ tsp (7g) yeast |
* |
1 Tbsp sugar |
* |
1½ tsp Grated Orange Peel |
* |
1 tsp ground Fennel |
* |
1 tsp Caraway Seeds, crushed |
* |
1¼ cup warm water |
* |
Caraway Seeds (for topping, optional) |

Preparation: |

|
|
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in bowl of mixer for 10 minutes. |
|
Add rest of ingredients and mix 3 minutes, scraping down once. |
|
Spray or oil one 8x5 bread pan. |
|
Pour/scrape the bread batter into pan. Smooth top with spatula. |
|
Cover with oiled plastic wrap. |
|
Preheat oven to 375° |
|
Set in draft free area until risen to the top of pan, about 1 to 1½ hours. |
|
Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40 minutes. |
