Swedish Limpa Rye Style Bread
   
  Ingredients:

1 pkg. (380g) Mina's Purely Divine Bread Mix
*
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine, softened
*
3 Tbsp Molasses
*
 2¼ tsp (7g) yeast
*
1 Tbsp sugar
*
 1½ tsp Grated Orange Peel
*
1 tsp ground Fennel
*
1 tsp Caraway Seeds, crushed
*
1¼ cup warm water
*
Caraway Seeds (for topping, optional)
   
  Preparation:
   
  Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in bowl of mixer for 10 minutes.
  Add rest of ingredients and mix 3 minutes, scraping down once.
  Spray or oil one 8x5 bread pan.
  Pour/scrape the bread batter into pan. Smooth top with spatula.
  Cover with oiled plastic wrap.
  Preheat oven to 375°
  Set in draft free area until risen to the top of pan, about 1 to 1½ hours.
  Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40 minutes.
