Cherry Chocolate Cupcakes

1 package (454g) Mina's Purely Divine Chocolate Cake Mix |
* |
1/2 cup water |
* |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
* |
2 eggs |
* |
1 can cherry pie filling |

Preparation: |

|
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |
|
Combine Mina's Purely Divine Chocolate Mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs. |
|
Beat for 2 minutes until well blended. |
|
Fold in the cherry pie filling and mix completely. |
|
Oil 18 muffin cups and divide the batter evenly between them |
|
Bake for 20 minutes or until pick comes out clean.. |
|
Cool completely on racks. |
|

* Cupcakes can be eaten plain or frosted with your favorite frosting. |
