Dilly Bread

1 pkg. (380g) Mina's Purely Divine Bread Mix |

1 pkg. (7g) yeast |

½ teaspoon salt |
*
|
2 Tablespoons fresh dill or dill seed |
*
|
1 large egg |
*
|
2/3 cup cottage cheese |
*
|
2/3 cup sour cream |
*
|
2 Tablespoons sugar |
*
|
2 Tablespoons dried onion flakes |
*
|
1 Tablespoon butter |
|
|
|
Preparation: |

|
|
Combine bread mix, yeast, salt, dill and egg in mixer bowl |
|
|
|
Meanwhile heat cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, dried onion and butter in a sauce pan |
|
|
|
Transfer to oiled bread pan and smooth the top |
|
|
|
Cover with oiled plastic wrap |
|
|
|
Let rise to top of pan, remove plastic wrap, and bake in a 375°F oven for 35-40 minutes |
